Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published in a special issue of Solid State Communications: 54th International School & Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors “Jaszowiec 2026".
Each conference participant is eligible to submit one paper related to their conference presentation. Manuscripts based on contributed presentations at Jaszowiec 2026, should present original work that has not been published elsewhere and should follow the standard manuscript format of Solid State Communications. Invited Speakers are encouraged to submit either a review article or an original research paper. All manuscripts will undergo the journal's standard peer-review process. To submit your manuscript please visit the Solid State Communications submission system and follow the manuscript submission procedures. When prompted for “Select Article Type” please chose: "VSI: Jaszowiec 2026_Full Length Article" from the drop-down list.

Corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in countries that have agreements with Elsevier, including Poland, may request Open Access publication upon acceptance of their article. Please refer to the list of eligible countries and verify that both your institution and Solid State Communications are included in the relevant agreements. In any case, there will be the possibility to publish under the standard subscription model.
