Conference buses
Dedicated conference buses have been arranged to facilitate participants’ travel to the conference venue.
If you wish to use the conference buses, please indicate this by selecting the appropriate option during the registration process.
Conference Buses to Szczyrk – School Participants (Saturday, 13 June)
Bus connection for School Participants: on Saturday, 13 June, the buses will depart from the International Bus Station in Katowice located next to the main railway station, at 12:00.
The buses marked with the "Jaszowiec" logo will be waiting from 11:45 on platforms 14 and 15.

- From Warsaw – IC 131 "Batory"
Departure from Warszawa Centralna at 08:28 → Arrival in Katowice: 11:20 - From Wrocław – IC 7318 "Mehoffer"
Departure from Wrocław Główny: 09:29 → Arrival in Katowice: 11:28

Conference Buses to Szczyrk - Conference Participants (Sunday, 14 June)
Bus connection for Conference Participants: on Sunday, 14 June, the buses will depart from Bielsko-Biała Główna railway station at 16:30. The buses will be marked with the "Jaszowiec" logo.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the area directly in front of the main station building, where assistance will be available.
Recommended train connections:
- From Warsaw – EIP 5402
Departure from Warszawa Centralna at 12:36 → Arrival in Bielsko-Biała Główna at 16:18
- From Wrocław (via Katowice):
Step 1: Train 8312 "Szkuner" - Departure from Wrocław Główny at 12:10 → Arrival in Katowice at 14:27
Step 2: EIP 5402 - Departure from Katowice at 15:16 → Arrival in Bielsko-Biała Główna at 16:18
Conference Buses – Return (Szczyrk → Katowice)
Return buses after the Conference will be provided on Friday, 19 June. The buses will depart from Hotel Klimczok at approximately 13:45 and arrive in Katowice around 15:30 – 16:00 (taking into account possible traffic problems).
The bus departure time has been coordinated with the following train connections:
- To Warsaw – IC 130 "Batory"
Departure from Katowice at 17:02 → Arrival in Warszawa Centralna at 19:44
- To Wrocław – IC 3818 "Mehoffer"
Departure from Katowice: 16:42 → Arrival in Wrocław Główny: 18:50
In the event of changes to train timetables, bus departure times will be adjusted accordingly.
