Oral and Poster presentations
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Recommended Poster size - A0 portrait format: 84,1cm (width) x 118,9 cm (height)
Four poster sessions are scheduled during the Conference: two on Monday, and one each on Tuesday and Thursday. Please, make sure that your poster is displayed before the session starts, and remove it when the session is over. Push pins will be provided.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS (Invited & Contributed)
Duration times:
Invited presentations - 45 minutes, 40 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
Contributed oral presentations - 15 minutes, 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
The exact time of your presentation will be provided in the conference program. For oral presentations, we strongly recommend using the conference laptop available on site. The conference laptop will be equipped with MS PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader, and a Logitech Spotlight wireless presenter. However, you may also use your own personal device. In either case, we strongly recommend checking in advance the compatibility of your presentation or personal device with the equipment in the lecture hall. Our technical staff will be present in the lecture hall 10 minutes before and after each conference session.
